Founder & CEO
Oussama Mezoui, CFRE
Oussama is a passionate, people-oriented nonprofit consultant dedicated to diagnosing, resolving, and transforming nonprofits so they can best serve their mission.
From 2016 to 2021, he led Penny Appeal USA as Founder & CEO, a social service, relief, and development organization alleviating poverty in the US and overseas. Prior to that, he held roles including Campaigns Manager, Chief of Staff, and VP of Programs for nonprofit organizations in the UK and the US.
He currently serves as a Senior Consultant with LG Consulting, Board Director of Oxfam America, and Board Member at the Institute of Social Policy and Understanding (ISPU). He has also served as a Board Director of InterAction, the largest alliance of international NGOs and partners in the United States.
