Retreat & Meeting Facilitation
Although a lot of time and money is spent on them, far too often retreats are missed opportunities. We take an active approach to retreat planning and facilitation where we will be part coach, part strategist and part trainer. Our objective is to help you take full advantage of this valuable gathering.
We work with clients to understand the hurdles the organization needs to overcome– culture shift, rapid growth, crisis, transition – and then become a partner in developing goals and designing a retreat that is owned by its participants.
