We’re a diverse team of specialists who pride ourselves on the fact that we’ve all served on the front lines of nonprofit organizations. We know first-hand the challenging reality faced by organizations that are often overworked and under-resourced.

Our work primarily focuses on transforming ‘early-stage’ and ‘scale-up’ nonprofit organizations in their journey to becoming more established mature entities.

Whether it’s helping organizations define their theory of change, develop a strategic plan, design a best-practice governance infrastructure, or ensure they have the right organizational culture to serve their mission, our work is designed to strengthen your organization's capacity, its sustainability, and its impact, putting it on a path to maturity.
